Upper Extremity Exercise: Wrist Flexion and Extension
These instructions are for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) patients recommended to practice wrist flexion (bending the wrist up) and extension (bending the wrist down).
Patient instructions:

Place your forearm on a table or on your lap.

Grasp the palm of your affected hand. Support the base of your fingers.

Bend your wrist up, then down.
