  • 4-6 ounces yogurt (without fruit added)

  • 2 Tbsp. raisins

  • 50-55 whole grain goldfish crackers

  • 1 mini whole grain bagel with cream cheese or cheese

  • 1/2 whole grain English muffin with peanut or nut butter (like almond or sunflower seed)

  • 3/4 cup dry whole grain cereal with ½ cup low-fat milk

  • 1 whole graham cracker sheet with 1 Tbsp. nut butter

  • 6 whole grain crackers with 1 ounce string cheese

  • 2 pretzel rods

  • 2 Tbsp. of nuts with 1 small clementine/tangerine

  • 10 flavored mini rice cakes

  • 1 chewy granola bar

  • 8-10 animal crackers
