Iron Deficiency Anemia Nutrition Therapy for Children

Iron deficiency anemia is caused by low iron levels in the blood. Iron helps blood carry oxygen throughout our bodies. Iron can be increased in the body by eating iron-rich foods, which will give your child more energy.
