Upper Extremity Exercise: Wrist Flexion and Extension
These instructions are for patients recommended to practice wrist flexion (bending the wrist down) and extension (bending the wrist up).
Patient instructions:

Place your forearm on a table or on your lap.

Grasp the palm of your affected hand. Support the base of your fingers.

Bend your wrist up, then down.
